not to mention the tight parking situation—definitely not for the faint of heart. with my expectations, i woudl ve appreciated some sort of complimentary upgrade to make up for the inconveniences. just couldn't recommend.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. Luca, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and picked us up from the train station, making our arrival smooth. The room was charming, with tasteful decoration and very clean. Breakfast choices were diverse. I especially liked the gluten-free options curated for my needs. Eating in the lovely garden surrounded by jasmine was delightful. However, the breakfast lacked some warmer options beyond toast. A bit more variety would enhance the experience. Overall, a lovely stay with beautiful surroundings and helpful service.

Great clean room with a nice balcony for some fresh air. The garden area provided a lovely spot to relax and the breakfast was decent, especially enjoyed outdoors.
Tight parking situation. driving in was a squeeze, so better to have a compact car. The small size of the rooms can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. There's minor noise from the neighboring shower, though overall it remains quiet at night.

Our family enjoyed a lovely 4-night stay. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, and the beautiful garden setting made it even better. Luca, the host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond during our visit, even offering to help us with our travel plans.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger variety of warm breakfast items would be great.

Charming villa with a lovely garden and superb service. Breakfast was delightful, with plenty of choices. Room was clean and had a lovely balcony to enjoy views. The quiet area is just a short walk to the charming city center.
A little more attention to soundproofing would enhance the experience, especially on busy nights.
